Ned G. Hanover, LCSW received his Master of Social Work degree from the University of Pennsylvania. Ned specializes in conducting individual and family therapy for adults, children and youth with behavioral and emotional disturbances including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, ODD, and PTSD. Previously Ned provided outpatient and emergency care for Mental Health Management Inc., a corporation providing behavioral healthcare to the over 7,000 incarcerated juveniles and adults in the Philadelphia Prison System.

Prior to this Ned worked at the Mazzoni Center and provided services in collaboration with Prevention Point Philadelphia to identify and find treatment for individuals with HIV/AIDS who are not receiving appropriate medical care.
Ned is also a member of the New Jersey Society of Clinical Social Work, Pennsylvania Society of Clinical Social Work and the National Association of Social Workers. Ned presently serves as a Member-at-Large for the Pennsylvania Society for Clinical Social Work. Ned has been licensed to practice clinical social work in the states of New Jersey and Pennsylvania since 2007.

Nicole is a dually licensed therapist with both her LCSW license for mental health and her LCADC to work with those with substance abuse issues. She received her Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Arkansas, Little Rock and has worked in the field for over 10 years.

Nicole has experience with children, teenagers and adults and has worked as both an outpatient and an inpatient therapist. She specializes in working with teenagers and families. Her treatment primarily focuses in the areas of addiction, depression, anxiety, bipolar, ADHD behavior issues and trauma. I like to use a person-centered approach combined with CBT when working with my clients. I believe that meeting each individual where they are is the best way to help them.

My name is Dr. Henry A. Rowlette, Jr. and I have been involved in the field of mental health since 1984 when I accepted my very first job as a mental health technician at the Horsham Clinic in Ambler PA. Since the above time I have been involved with working in inpatient settings at hospitals in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. I have also been involved with doing outpatient work as a clinician at Princeton House’s outpatient clinic in Princeton, NJ. I have worked in correctional settings in NJ and PA.

I consider myself to be a well educated, well trained and very experienced clinician who is very sensitive and compassionate to the people who I serve who are in need of mental health services.

Jared Randiek

Jared A. Randiek is a Licensed Social Worker in the State of New Jersey. Mr. Randiek earned his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science at Kean University and earned his Master’s degree in Social Work at Rutgers University in 2009. Mr. Randiek has experience working with adolescents, ages 12 -18 in both residential Psychiatric Treatment Centers and in the home  as an ICC therapist.

Mr. Randiek has worked as a therapist with youth who are diagnosed with Conduct Disorder, ADHD, Dysthymic Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder, and Impulse Control Disorders, especially Intermittent Explosive Disorder symptoms, in residential settings where the primary goal of treatment, where possible, was family reunification / permanency.  The treatment modalities that Mr. Randiek has used are individual, group, and family therapy approaches to handle difficult and challenging behaviors.

Mr. Randiek has worked with the State of New Jersey Department of Child Protection & Permanency as a Family Service Specialist Trainee.  He is also licensed by the State of New Jersey as a Community Care Provider for adults with Developmental Disabilities, and currently provides for three adults in his home, two of whom werediagnosed with Asperger’s Disorder, and one with TBI & MMR.

Mr. Randiek is a Certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapist (Level I), and has used CBT in treating adolescents with the above identified psychiatric symptoms and behavioral issues.

Karen Ognibene is a Licensed Accredited Counselor in Marriage and Family Therapy. She earned her undergraduate degree in Textile Design from Philadelphia University. She holds a Master Degree in Psychology/Counseling from Rosemont College in Bryn Mawr, PA.

At Total Family Solutions, Karen works with children, teens and adults with a focus on a strong therapeutic relationship that can provide the context for transformative healing and growth. She believes that if we come to understand our own life story and our perception of it, then change is possible.

Karen integrates her art background into the therapeutic process to help children and teens process life experiences that are initially too difficult to express verbally. In addition, she utilizes a Person-Centered approach combined with CBT and EMDR. She has completed level 2 EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) training; she employs this cutting edge therapeutic approach that has been proven for those with a history of trauma and deeply embedded negative beliefs that does not rely solely on talk therapy.

Teresa Ramos is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Her experience includes working at pediatric hospitals, the educational setting and providing both outpatient and in-home mental health services. Teresa has a solid background in working with families dealing with chronic and terminal illness; adolescents and families struggling with special needs: Learning Disabilities; ADHD; Anxiety; School Refusal. Teresa has extensive knowledge and experience working with 504 Plans and IEP’s. Teresa also works both individually and with families- working with adolescents, adults and couples.

Raelyn Sprenkle is a licensed social worker with a Master’s of education in human sexuality (LSW, MEd) and received her education through Widener University. While she possesses a certification in treatment of childhood sexual abuse obtained through Widener University and Family Support Line, her interests and specialties reach a broad spectrum of mental health care.

 Raelyn has gained experience working with youth from 5-18 years of age in a variety of settings including: schools, mobile response, in-home therapy, and residential treatment. The majority of Raelyn’s experience has been working with adolescent-aged youth who are struggling with behavioral and/or emotional difficulties.  Many issues include, but are not limited to, those individuals who are diagnosed with ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, Depression, Anxiety, or cognitive/developmental delays.  Raelyn has also been able to support individuals who experience suicidal ideation or those who engage in self-harm behaviors so they may find new ways to cope with their emotional distress. Given this wide-ranging experience with adolescents, Raelyn has helped individuals to explore their identities, and is able to help educate adolescent youth and their families on issues related to sexual health, gender identity, and sexual orientation.
